In this energetic role, you will manage automotive parts inventory, assist customers with their parts and accessories needs, and support the seamless operation of our parts department. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right automotive parts and accessories through excellent client communication and product knowledge. Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate records using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) software. Process sales transactions efficiently with cash handling, retail math accuracy, and POS systems while ensuring excellent customer service. Collaborate with the service team to support vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics by providing mechanical troubleshooting insights and automotive parts expertise. Maintain organized stockrooms, perform order fulfillment accurately, and oversee stock replenishment to ensure availability of high-demand items. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication skills, upselling automotive parts and accessories, and providing detailed product information. Support marketing efforts by promoting automotive repair services, parts specials, and accessory sales to enhance dealership revenue streams. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, or automotive repair is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of automotive parts management, inventory control, and retail sales processes. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Familiarity with CMMS software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), POS systems, and basic retail math. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Previous dealership experience or automotive parts sales background is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers while maintaining positive relationships.
