You'll be the connection point between our inventory, our technicians, and our customers — making sure the right parts are ordered, received, stocked, and ready when they're needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and a dependable teammate. What You'll Do Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts deliveries Maintain accuracy in parts inventory and records Order parts and follow up on open orders, back orders, and ETAs Work directly with technicians and mechanics to get them the parts they need Assist customers at the parts and service window, by phone, and via email Keep the parts cage, shelving, and storage areas clean and well-organized Support the Parts Manager with day-to-day department tasks as needed What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented — accuracy matters in this role Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy parts department Strong communication and follow-through with customers and coworkers Comfortable with computers and parts/inventory systems Experience with construction or heavy equipment parts is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person Reliable, punctual, and ready to pitch in wherever needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay, based on experience Full-time, consistent weekday schedule (no nights or weekends) A modern, well-equipped facility and a supportive, growth-minded team The opportunity to grow with a company that's expanding fast Elite Field Service is an equal opportunity employer.
