Priority maintains a diversified business model providing service to both municipal solid-waste, construction & demolition customers. Our biggest priority is providing outstanding customer service & revolutionizing the industry through the use of the latest technology. Job Purpose The Parts Clerk ensures parts are ordered, stocked, organized, and accurately inventoried to support efficient operations and minimize downtime. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner. Ensure all received parts are stocked in the appropriate locations. Inspect parts room shelves to identify items requiring replenishment. Review the down list and ensure all required parts have been ordered. Conduct routine inventory audits by section to verify inventory accuracy. Ensure all parts on shelves are properly labeled with part numbers. Maintain clean, organized, and orderly parts rooms.
The successful candidate profile includes:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or a related role preferred. Basic computer and inventory management skills. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift and move parts and materials as required. Valid driver's license preferred.
