With state-of-the-art facilities in Ramsey and Buffalo, MN, we offer a full-service experience that includes trailer sales, service, parts, and rentals. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to build lasting relationships with our clients. Summary We are seeking energetic and friendly candidates to fill a full-time Service Writer/Advisor position immediately. This role involves working 40+ hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with an available one day off each work week. We are closed on Sundays.​ Responsibilities Creating purchase orders and ordering parts as needed Receiving purchase orders and stocking shelves​ Assisting customers with parts, service, and rentals​ Maintaining proper inventory levels​ Ensuring correct costs and parts in LightSpeed POS software Creating vendor returns as needed​ Assisting with warranty processes​ Maintaining a clean parts area​ Creating service estimates and repair orders​ Assisting service technicians with repair order parts Conducting monthly and yearly inventory​ Requirements Valid Driver's License Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task Attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Ability to lift 25lbs Basic computer skills
Preferences:
