Frattallone's Hardware is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Parts Department Associate to support our Service and Parts Department. Whether you're helping a customer find the right part, coordinating service orders, or keeping inventory organized, you'll play a key role in delivering the outstanding service our customers have come to expect. If you enjoy working with people and have an interest in parts, equipment, or small engines, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do  Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email with parts inquiries and orders.  Provide estimates for service and parts and follow up with customers regarding repairs and order status.  Enter and maintain service orders, parts orders, and customer information accurately.  Research and locate parts to help customers find exactly what they need.  Process customer transactions and provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter.  Receive, check in, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.  Communicate with other store locations and departments regarding parts availability and customer needs.  Assist with equipment and machine intake as needed.  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For  Strong customer service and communication skills.  Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.  Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and internet-based systems.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.  Parts sales, hardware, equipment, or small engine experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
