Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Parts Specialist and become a vital part of delivering exceptional automotive service and solutions. In this energetic role, you will leverage your mechanical knowledge, sales expertise, and skills to assist our mechanics in finding the right parts and accessories for their projects. Your proactive approach will ensure efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Duties Assist selecting automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice based on vehicle systems and repair needs Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control, restocking, and organization using inventory management systems and tools Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including automotive diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance procedures Support vehicle repair processes by providing parts for automotive diagnostics and repair tasks, ensuring timely order fulfillment Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair and vehicle systems Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, stock stocking, and order fulfillment efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word; Mitchell 1 or similar inventory management software is a plus Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in inventory management Join us as an Auto Parts Specialist where your mechanical expertise meets vibrant customer interaction! $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
