This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department by providing excellent customer service and efficient parts management to support our service technicians and customers. Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts ordering and receiving processes. Provide expert knowledge about automotive parts and recommend appropriate solutions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently on a weekly payment schedule. Ensure the parts department is organized, clean, and stocked appropriately. Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive parts sales or inventory management preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
