This role plays an important part in supporting our maintenance and parts operations by managing resale inventory, organizing documentation, assisting with administrative projects, and helping maintain efficient shop operations. The Shop Assistant works closely with the Parts Manager, service center personnel, and administrative staff to support aircraft maintenance activities and inventory management processes. forms and FAA status tags based on inspection data Input resale parts into inventory system and upload supporting documentation Organize and store resale inventory with proper FAA airworthiness documentation Dispose of parts with no resale value following company procedures Run and modify inventory reports and submit inventory listings to parts database search engines Assist with disposal or sale of stale inventory Assist with shipping and receiving Support administrative staff with paperwork and documentation projects Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring to the
