Responsibilities to include Working hand in hand with service advisors, and technicians to build accurate price quotes making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department, or parts invoices. Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping. Referring to parts manuals (electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced. Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the parts counter, work area and stockroom. Receive and fill telephone orders for parts. Job Requirements A positive attitude A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service Strong organizational skills and detail oriented Previous parts advisor experience or automotive experience a plus but not required Understand basic automotive components and systems Ability to complete tasks in a fast paced work environment Possess a valid drivers license The right candidate must be able to multitask between servicing technicians, retail counter and phone orders while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude. If candidate has experience in the automotive industry, in either the aftermarket or dealership, that is preferred! Dealership software experience a plus. Must be able to work some Saturdays with a scheduled day off during the week when applicable.
