Paint line employees load parts on belt wash and hang parts on hooks from one conveyer chain to the next.
Job Responsibilities:
Hang parts correctly Notify material handler when parts are finished or skid/containers need to be moved Use pallet jack or hoist to position material or containers Visually inspect parts for paint defects Assist in counting parts and reconciling inventory quantities Willingness to assist in other areas as needed Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications (Required) At least 18 years of age (required at all locations) High School diploma or GED (required at all locations) Job Qualifications (Preferred): Previous manufacturing experience Physical Requirements of the
Job:
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices) Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends Monday - Friday 1st Shift 7am-3pm 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm Overtime as needed during the week and/or weekends
