Job Description

Onsite in St. Louis, MO. M-F 8am-5pm. From $25/hour. CK Power is a family-owned business that has been providing off-highway power solutions for 90 years. CK Power is looking for a Service Parts Technician at our St. Louis, MO, location. The Service Parts Technician is responsible for assisting internal and external customers in providing the appropriate parts they are seeking for their generators or for service, repair, and preventative maintenance jobs through internal resources and web-based research and pricing of parts.
What You'll Do:
Quoting, all research, and pricing of parts for all service, repair, and preventative maintenance jobs. Be responsible for researching, locating the best source, and ordering parts to ensure the correct parts are ordered. Create sales and purchase orders for multiple customers and vendors. Approve parts on service orders, ensuring all information is correct prior to submitting. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of parts delivery. Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and Service Managers on the status of part orders in a friendly and professional manner. Set up orders for on-time shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of engine parts and their function. Basic computer knowledge. Sales experience preferred. Customer-oriented attitude. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Results-driven mindset and good problem-solving ability. Strong sense of self-management.
