Parts Specialist HM Cragg - 2.8 Billings, MT Job Details Full-time $23 - $28 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Parts Specialist Position Overview A successful Parts Specialist must be highly organized and be able to anticipate the needs of technicians and customers to ensure that all materials needed are provided accurately and on time. Reporting Relationship The Parts Specialist reports to the TW Enterprises Parts Manager Responsibilities/Accountabilities Monitor inventory and stock levels in main and service truck warehouses Receive parts stock and special-order parts in a timely manner Guarantee all parts are properly tagged and stored in the appropriate bin location Help manage data analytics on parts stock values, market retail, freight cost, and restock to avoid unnecessary costs Order parts in advance for upcoming jobs Ship parts to remote technicians and customers Provide stock level and sales reports to Management Quote parts items for repairs Field customer phone calls for parts sales Look up parts for account managers and technicians Work with Parts Manager to source new suppliers to reduce costs and improve quality Ensure a safe working environment Back up shipping and receiving in unloading trucks and properly receiving shipping documents Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of parts inventory monitoring practices Excellent communication and sales skills Experience in operating forklifts or the aptitude to be trained to do so Personal Attributes Detail-oriented Able to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment Demonstrates honesty and integrity in work and relationships Dependable Able to work independently Demonstrates servant-based principles with internal and external customers Possesses strong work ethic and takes ownership of both company and client goals/objectives Focused on understanding, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations Conforms to company policies and procedures and meets company goals and objectives; protects company assets and interests Travel Expectations None Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years' experience in related field Standby power or generator experience preferred, but not required Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
