Job Description

Tim Marburger Honda is in immediate need of an experienced parts clerk. 2 years minimum experience required working in an automotive parts environment. Job responsibilities require inventory control, both ordering and stocking parts. The role of this employee with interact with vendors, technicians, businesses (body shops, local repair shops), walk-in customers, phone calls and expected to find the right parts quickly and accurately. This is a fast paced position and requires multitasking: answering phones, interacting with technicians, and customers. Organizational skills are a must to keep up with the stocking and ordering systems utilized on a daily basis. High school education or higher is preferred. Summary As a Parts Clerk, you will be essential in managing inventory and ensuring the efficient procurement of automotive parts. Reporting to the Parts Manager, your core responsibilities will include data entry, customer service, and inventory control. Your mechanical knowledge and negotiation skills will aid in sourcing and purchasing parts effectively. With premium skills in supply chain management and warehouse operations, you will contribute to streamlined logistics and order fulfillment. Your relevant experience in dealership operations and shipping & receiving will enhance our team's efficiency and support our commitment to quality service.
