Customer & Parts Support Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and orders Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and order updates Communicate professionally with customers, service advisors, and technicians Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts requests efficiently Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire parts process Inventory & Order Management Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and components Pull and fill parts orders accurately from inventory Maintain organized inventory and assist with weekly bin checks Notify management of low inventory or out-of-stock items requiring immediate attention Locate and source parts from outside vendors when necessary Review body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing accuracy Administrative Responsibilities Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed on repair orders Process retail payments and credit authorizations Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records Support additional parts department operations as needed What You Bring Previous automotive parts experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy when handling parts and inventory Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
