Job Description We are looking for an experienced PALS Specialist (Parts and Labor Sales) for our fast paced Raging Bull Harley-Davidson Location!!
Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner Work directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories. Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers. Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed
Requirements:
Two years experience in dealership position General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Great customer service skills Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment Active-listening and strong communication skills Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn Respect for teammates and a positive outlook
