7:00am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri Position Overview Time Manufacturing Company is a global manufacturer of aerial lifts, digger derricks, and cable placers, primarily serving the utility, telecommunications, and forestry industries. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Parts Coordinator to join our Versalift Southeast facility in Graham, NC . In this role, you will be the backbone of our local parts department—managing inventory, coordinating orders, supporting our service and production technicians, and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a hands-on approach to keeping our NC operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities As a Versalift Southeast Parts Coordinator , your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Department Operations & Technical Support In-Department Coordination:
Work directly in the parts department, actively handling inventory, processing orders, managing customer service, and directly assisting shop technicians.
Service & Production Assistance:
Assist service and production teams by providing the precise parts and technical information required for high-quality repairs and builds.
Build Preparation:
Assist in preparing material carts for upcoming builds and maintain parts storage areas to keep production on schedule.
Shop Upkeep:
Maintain excellent organizational standards with daily cleaning and organizing of both the parts room and the hose room.
Order Management & Customer Service Inquiry Resolution:
Answer phone inquiries, research complex parts requests, and process orders for internal service, production, and external customers.
Customer Relations:
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Financial Transactions:
Process and collect payments for parts sales, ensuring accurate invoicing and billing records.
Inventory & Supply Chain Control Inventory Maintenance:
Maintain parts inventory at prescribed levels, monitor stock counts, and proactively communicate order status to all relevant internal departments.
Supply Tracking:
Monitor and maintain inventory on essential materials, hydraulic hoses, fittings, office supplies, and shop supplies.
Vendor Management:
Place and follow up on vendor orders, expedite parts when needed, and quickly resolve any vendor or shipping issues.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Previous experience in parts coordination, inventory management, or a warehouse environment (automotive, heavy equipment, or manufacturing industries preferred).
Technical Aptitude:
Ability to read schematics or parts manuals to research and identify the correct parts for customers and technicians.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable handling heavy phone volumes and customer inquiries.
Organization:
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep workspaces clean and structured.
Physical Demands:
