Parts Crib Attendant

Job Overview Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm schedule We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Crib Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the parts inventory within the parts crib area, ensuring that all automotive and equipment parts are organized, accurately tracked, and readily available for service and repair operations. Your expertise will support efficient warehouse management, supply chain processes, and customer service excellence. Duties Maintain an organized parts crib area by categorizing and labeling parts for quick identification and retrieval Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks, data entry, and updating records in the order management system Assist with procurement management by sourcing parts from suppliers and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery Support shipping & receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders Operate equipment safely to handle heavy or bulky parts as needed Participate as needed in demand planning and pricing strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock Ensure compliance with safety standards related to equipment repair Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and procurement processes Experience with supplier management, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, auto body repair components, and automotive service procedures Data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping Customer service skills to assist internal teams effectively while maintaining professionalism Ability to operate company vehicle for transporting and picking up items as needed Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment High School diploma or equivalent Ability to read and speak English proficiently Basic math skills for inventory calculations Join us as a Parts Crib Attendant where your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly!
