Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot Tesla battery systems using advanced automotive diagnostics tools to ensure optimal performance and safety. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs related to battery components and electrical systems, adhering to safety standards. Maintain detailed service records, update customer profiles, and document all work performed using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for accurate record-keeping. Requirements Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, or automotive repair, preferably within dealership or retail environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, stock levels, and service schedules efficiently. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities (English plus another language), to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Knowledge of automotive service standards, dealership operations, and retail sales processes is highly desirable. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general math skills for reporting and analysis purposes. A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to coordinate maintenance schedules, order fulfillment processes, and customer interactions seamlessly.
