Parts Counter Person

Wilson Trailer Sales & Service, Inc., a full-service semi-trailer dealership in Wilson, NC, is looking to hire a Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. If you're reliable, hardworking, and have experience in the truck or trailer parts industry, we want to hear from you. This position is customer-facing and fast-paced, so strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and attention to detail are key. You'll be assisting walk-in customers, managing inventory, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories Operate POS system and handle sales transactions Maintain and manage inventory and stock levels Fulfill orders and keep the parts area organized and efficient Lift heavy parts and climb in/out of trailers as needed Provide knowledgeable support using automotive and trailer parts expertise Work effectively with coworkers and customers in a busy environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in the parts industry (semi-truck/trailer preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stay focused Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy parts Must be able to pass a drug test
