Job Description

RM Stoudt Inc. Jamestown is expanding its team and seeking a motivated Parts Specialist to join our busy and modern dealership! Duties:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory of automotive parts and accessories. Assist technicians and customers in identifying and locating necessary parts. Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery. Utilize parts catalogs and computer systems to research and identify parts. Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Organize and maintain the parts department for efficient retrieval. Provide excellent customer service by answering parts inquiries and offering solutions. Process returns and handle warranty claims. Maintain accurate records of parts transactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems. Proficiency in using parts catalogs and computer systems. Excellent organizational and inventory management skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve parts-related issues. Experience with automotive parts ordering and inventory control is a plus.
