Competitive pay based on your experience; we pay for what you bring to the table Full benefits package: health & dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, vacation pay, and holiday pay Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Work with premium OEM equipment and genuine parts: CAT, Ariel, Waukesha, and more Tight-knit team with real support; backed by a major company with decades of industry success A role where your expertise is valued, not just your speed What You'll Do Take parts inquiries from field techs and external customers and get them the right parts, fast Identify components using OEM parts books, serial numbers, and your own product knowledge Prepare accurate quotes and process orders; from sourcing through to delivery follow-up Price parts correctly: markup, cost-plus, discounts, and margins; you'll need to do this without a second guess Keep inventory records accurate and flag what needs replenishing before it becomes a problem Work with our field service team to support urgent parts needs and keep jobs on schedule Maintain records in our parts and ERP systems; accurate data matters here Assist with shipping and receiving as needed What We're Looking For Hands-on parts experience with CAT, Ariel, and/or Waukesha equipment; this is the core requirement Background in oil and gas, natural gas compression, or power generation parts sales Comfortable with parts pricing math: markups, margins, discounts, and cost-plus Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with Visual Manufacturing and Open Invoice is a strong asset SAP experience is a bonus but not required Organized, customer-focused, and reliable; the kind of person who follows up without being asked Good communicator with internal teams and external customers alike High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus Valid driver's license; ability to pass background check and drug screening This is an in-person role based out of our Williston, ND facility.
