Job Description
Job Summary At the New Jersey Samsung Service Center, we're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Technician. This position is responsible for managing parts inventory, receiving and shipping materials, and supporting daily service center operations by ensuring the availability and accuracy of repair parts and supplies. Duties Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and materials Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts Prepare and ship outgoing parts, devices, and materials Monitor inventory levels and notify management when replenishment is needed Coordinate with technicians and customer service staff to ensure parts availability Process material transfers, returns, and RMA shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area Properly use inventory management systems to track parts movement Assist with weekly inventory reports and documentation Support daily operational needs as assigned by the manager. Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email) Ability to lift and move packages when necessary Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in inventory or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required
