Job Description
Parts Specialist - Marine Industry Coty Marine - Toms River, NJ Coty Marine is one of New Jersey's premier boat dealerships, representing industry-leading brands and providing exceptional customer service. An experienced, motivated Parts Specialist is needed to oversee a busy marine parts department. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department. Assist retail, service, and wholesale customers. Research and order marine parts and accessories. Maintain proper inventory levels and stocking procedures. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Work closely with service technicians to ensure repair orders are completed efficiently. Process warranty and special-order parts. Maintain a clean, organized parts department and warehouse. Perform cycle counts and inventory control. Build strong relationships with OEM manufacturers and vendors. Help maximize department profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications Previous parts department experience required (marine, automotive, powersports, heavy equipment, or similar industries). Strong computer and organizational skills. Ability to accurately identify and source parts. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Marine industry experience is preferred but not required. Training is available for the right candidate with strong parts experience. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
