Parts Clerk

Job Summary Tops Well Services is seeking a dependable and organized Parts Clerk to support our frac service operations in Farmington, NM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ordering and receiving parts, tracking equipment needs, and supporting field operations to minimize downtime. This position plays a critical role in keeping equipment and maintenance operations running efficiently in a fast-paced oilfield environment. This position operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule , including day and night shift rotations . Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels for parts, tools, and supplies Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments Issue parts and materials to mechanics and field personnel Track usage and reorder inventory as needed Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and availability Maintain organized storage areas and inventory records Assist with equipment and maintenance documentation Conduct periodic cycle counts and inventory audits Support shop and field operations with urgent parts requests Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, parts, or oilfield operations preferred Knowledge of heavy equipment or frac equipment parts is a plus Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Must be dependable and safety-oriented Valid driver's license required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Opportunities for advancement Schedule 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Rotation Includes day and night shifts Overtime may be required based on operational needs About Us Tops Well Services is a leading provider of frac and oilfield services dedicated to safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
