Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (Farmington, NM). 100% Onsite In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Supportcustomersbyphoneandinpersonbyidentifying,sourcing,andsupplyingpartssolutions. Processcustomerorders,quotes,returns,andtransactionsaccuratelyandefficiently. Maintainpositiverelationshipswithinternalandexternalcustomersbyprovidingtimelysupportandresolvingissues. Utilizepartscatalogs,systems,andtechnicalresourcestoidentifyandprocurepartsinthemostcost-effectivemanner. Supportshipping,receiving,inventorymanagement,warehouseactivities,andstockcontrolprocesses. Identifyopportunitiestoupsellrelatedproductsandservicestomeetcustomerneeds. Maintainaccuraterecordsanddocumentationwhileensuringacleanandorganizedpartscounterandwarehouseenvironment. AdheretoCumminsHealth,Safety&Environmentalpoliciesandprocedures. In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following: Experienceprovidingcustomerserviceinaparts,warehouse,retail,automotive,ordistributionenvironment. Abilitytoprocessorders,managetransactions,andsupportcustomersthroughtheorderlifecycle. Strongcomputerskills,includingMicrosoftOfficeandinventory/ordermanagementsystems. Understandingofinventorycontrol,shippingandreceiving,andwarehouseprocesses. Abilitytoworkeffectivelywithcustomers,technicians,suppliers,andinternalteams. Strongcommunication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills. Abilitytomaintainaccuracywhilemanagingmultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment. Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired. On call every other week
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
