www.solotech.com The Parts and Billing Agent must keep an accurate inventory, prepare expendables for rental orders, PIK parts for Tour Support, as well as place parts and expendables back into the inventory, log, and store it properly in the space provided upon return or receipt. Receive and distribute parts related to Service Bench technician requests. Your day will look like this: Prepare orders of average complexity, scan them, and put them inside the appropriate transport. Jointly with the Service Manager, maintain the parts inventory and observe and implement best practices for organization. Jointly with the Service Manager maintain the support expendables inventory, including but not limited to, haze fluid, gel, lamps, tape, cleaning supplies. Follow the quality and preparation standards of the company and/or industry. Ensure that their section is organized, clean, and all items are stored and properly maintained. Provide weekly warehouse change log reports and updates to LP Service Coordinator. Ensure safe and secure transportation and shipment of RMA returns to vendors. Prepare Show Supply Parts following all appropriate billing procedures. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and conduct adjustment within inventory system. Reception in Salesforce and D365 of all parts ordered for Workorders and all Warehouse Salesforce Part requests, insuring proper distribution to service techs and warehouse personnel. Working jointly with the Service Manager, file retirement requests and perform audits between R2 and Salesforce. All other related tasks assigned.
Your profile:
High School Diploma or GED One year's experience in an audiovisual equipment workshop or in the Live Events industry is a plus. Knowledge of the R2 inventory software (an asset) Good knowledge of Office 365 (D365, Excel, Outlook) Some knowledge of the Live Events and/or rental industry in the entertainment and corporate environment is a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce (an asset) Teamwork oriented Well-developed organization skills Ability to prioritize tight deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change. Strong customer service skills Forklift truck driver's license (an asset) Flexible working schedule (an asset)
