Job Description
Job Overview CR Fletcher is recruiting for a detail-oriented Parts & Invoicing Specialist to support daily operations for a client company. Tasks include managing parts inventory, processing customer invoices, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. This role serves as a key link between operations, vendors, and customers by maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating parts orders, and handling billing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with inventory management and invoicing systems. Responsibilities Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner Verify pricing, quantities, and billing information for parts and services Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking materials Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels Research and resolve invoicing discrepancies and customer billing inquiries Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors regarding deliveries Track backorders and communicate updates to internal teams and customers Reconcile inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts Prepare reports related to inventory levels, invoicing, and purchasing activity Maintain organized documentation of invoices, purchase orders, and inventory records Collaborate with accounting, service, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency Provide administrative support as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in invoicing, inventory control, parts administration, or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with ERP, inventory management, or accounting software preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, or accounts receivable processes is a plus CR Fletcher is an Equal Employment Opportunity staffing partner and employer.
