Kenworth Northeast is looking for a motivated and reliable full time Shipper and Receiver to work at our Buffalo , NY location. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator performs a variety of tasks in the warehouse and is critical to keeping the parts department organized. This position ensures that orders are tracked, shelves are stocked, and parts are organized and will load and unload shipments. Pay rate for this position is $22-25/hour depending on experience.

How You Will Impact Our Organization:

Receives parts that are shipped in, making sure that they are received in good condition and that packing slips match the part number and actual quantity received. Processes the packing slip to the Inventory Control. Packs and ships parts to outlying customers in the most efficient manner. Maintains a log of all outgoing shipments and all shipping and receiving damages or shortages as well as other documents necessary to protect the inventory investments. Stocks all parts into the proper location in the parts warehouse after they have been checked in. Operates fork lift truck. Keeps all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean, neat, and clearly labeled. Assists Counter Sales Representatives when needed. Back up Parts Delivery Driver when needed. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
