Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the smooth operation of our parts department. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control and procurement management, with a strong ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of parts and supplies. Source and procure parts from various suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing. Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their needs, providing expert advice on product selection. Support equipment repair processes by fabricating necessary components as required. Maintain accurate records of transactions, including purchases, sales, and returns. Build strong relationships with dealership partners to enhance sourcing capabilities. Skills Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operations. Experience in sourcing and procurement management within a fast-paced environment. Ability to fabricate parts as needed for equipment repair tasks. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals from suppliers.
