Job Description
We have a unique opportunity for the right candidate! We are currently seeking to add a highly-motivated, customer-focused Parts Advisor to work with our automotive franchise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A professional, upbeat and friendly attitude. Must also be a team player.
- Strong verbal and oral communication
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Clean, valid driver's license
- Attention to Detail
- Computer proficiency
- Willing to learn additional responsibilities to assist your team
- Experience is preferred but will consider other applicants This candidate will assist the parts department by:
- Pulling parts from stock for technicians
- Putting parts away after delivery
- Taking parts inventory counts
- Helping maintain an organized parts department
- Identifying exactly the right part for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced
- Assisting all technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies
- Locating available parts, when the dealership is out of stock
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
- Calling customers for special order parts that have been delivered
- Ordering Accessories for high-end model car, truck and SUV
- Achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts for seeking out and soliciting parts business
- Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs
- Providing excellent customer service
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to tome Pay types:
