A Parts Clerk assists with day-to-day task of a spare and replacement parts vendor. Responsible for inventory control, purchases, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.

What You'll Be Doing Maintain an organized inventory of parts, supplies, and materials for maintenance operations. Receive, track, and distribute incoming parts and update inventory systems accurately. Support maintenance teams by sourcing parts and coordinating timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and proactively identify replenishment needs. Ensure all documentation, labeling, and records are completed clearly and accurately. What We Are Looking For Capability to manage inventory systems, documentation, and part identification with accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Competence in working with maintenance or operational teams to meet equipment needs. Ability to maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
