Job Description
JDP is seeking a Parts Clerk in Syracuse, NY area! Hours are 10 am-630pm. Should be able to read/ understand schematics in relation to machines and machine parts. Must be able to interact with vendors in person, phone and email. Keep track in a well detailed manner of parts used and parts for reorder in a computer setting. Recognition of parts on hand in comparison to parts received. Take direction and be self motivated with the ability to be held accountable. Keep parts rooms and areas well maintained, organized and clean. Stocking and restocking of parts in a well maintained parts setting. Transporting of parts and materials via work truck in a timely manner. Ship, receive and track incoming and outgoing packages. Keep accurate notation of plant necessary materials. Be able to prioritize daily tasks in a changing workload situation . Being able to interact and assist the mechanics in parts retrieval. #JDP
