Auto Parts Counterperson

Job description: Tasca Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson for our Ford dealership. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional with strong dealership parts operations knowledge. The ideal candidate must have CDK experience and Hyundai parts experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts requests Accurately identify, source, and invoice automotive parts Process special orders, returns, and warranty parts Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization Use CDK Drive daily for parts lookup, billing, and inventory control Work closely with service department to ensure efficient repair flow Deliver excellent internal and external customer service Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer standards

Requirements:

Previous Ford dealership parts department experience required CDK experience required Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts Ability to read parts diagrams and use electronic catalogs Excellent communication and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
