We are looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Associate who is detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide outstanding service to both customers and service technicians. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced automotive environment. Key Responsibilities Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with automotive parts identification and ordering Accurately look up parts using electronic catalogs, VIN decoding, and manufacturer systems Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly service Ensure technicians receive correct parts in a timely manner to support shop productivity Process orders, invoices, returns, warranties, and special-order requests accurately Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked inventory areas Receive and stock incoming shipments while verifying quantities and accuracy Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control procedures Answer phones promptly and assist customers with pricing, availability, and product recommendations Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient department operations Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of automotive parts experience preferred Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and terminology Experience with dealership or aftermarket parts software systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable work ethic and positive team attitude Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time stable employment Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee discounts Paid time off and holiday pay Supportive and professional work environment Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed Apply Today If you are passionate about the automotive industry, take pride in accuracy and customer service, and want to be part of a hardworking team, we encourage you to apply.
