Parts Specialist

Piqua Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced Parts & Accessories Sales Associate to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing Harley-Davidson parts and accessories. You will work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Compensation & Benefits The Parts & Accessories Sales Associate role is a full-time position with on-target earnings of $31,000-$45,000 per year. Commission and incentive opportunities are available, and compensation is paid biweekly. Responsibilities Assist customers in locating and purchasing Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and apparel. Provide expert knowledge on parts compatibility and recommendations based on customer needs. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management, including ordering and restocking. Process sales transactions efficiently using dealership systems. Work collaboratively with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for service repairs. Keep up-to-date with Harley-Davidson products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Maintain a clean and organized parts department for easy navigation and accessibility. Deliver excellent customer service by building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
