Job Description
Parts to Service Pro! Great Plains is a family owned and operated business with ten locations throughout Oklahoma. The Parts to Service Pro is responsible for supporting the daily operations of both the Parts and Service departments by ensuring technicians and customers receive the correct parts quickly and accurately. This position serves as the primary liaison between the service shop and the parts department, coordinating parts availability, managing repair order parts, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
