What will you be doing:

• Sells products and/or services to repair the problem to meet the customer's needs
• Assists in keeping parts department front counter clean and orderly
• Maintain customer's goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
• Answer phones to assist customers and technicians to solve their issues
• Pull parts off the shelves for technicians and customers as required
• Research parts for technicians and customers
• Receive and check in parts as required
• Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur Additional Information
