Job Description
Parts & Warranty Coordinator Are you organized, customer-focused, and energized by solving problems in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a positive, dependable team player to join our growing team as a Parts & Warranty Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by coordinating repairs, managing warranty claims, and communicating with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, building relationships, and taking ownership of customer solutions from start to finish. What You'll Do Respond promptly to customer requests through phone, email, and other communication channels Coordinate customer repairs and provide proactive updates throughout the repair process Follow up with customers and team members to ensure complete resolution of outstanding issues Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve concerns Process warranty claims accurately and within company guidelines Order, receive, track, and ship parts while managing timelines and follow-up Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or another fast-paced customer-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously Professional phone and email etiquette Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and point-of-sale or similar computer systems Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team Why Join Us? Pay:
