KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently look up and procure parts for service technicians using GM parts cataloging systems. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the service department runs smoothly. Utilize dealership management systems (DMS) to process parts orders quickly and accurately.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have proven GM Dealer Parts experience (Required). Deep familiarity with GM parts catalogs, technical diagrams, and ordering procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
