In this energetic role, you will manage inventory, assist customers with their parts and accessories needs, and ensure smooth operations within the dealership. Your expertise will help riders keep their bikes in top condition, fueling their passion for the open road. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a legendary brand while honing your automotive and retail skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide expert guidance to customers on parts selection, accessories, and maintenance products, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Manage inventory control through accurate stock management, order fulfillment, and use of inventory management systems Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit card payments with professionalism. Assist with vehicle maintenance and automotive diagnostics to identify parts needs and troubleshoot issues for customers. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts, maintaining optimal stock levels. Maintain organized shelving, stocking shelves, and ensuring the cleanliness of the parts department area. Communicate effectively with team members and customers via phone etiquette, fostering strong relationships through excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous dealership or retail sales experience is highly preferred, especially within automotive or motorcycle environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and perform retail math accurately. Knowledge of automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, and automotive diagnostics is a plus. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, sales management, and marketing strategies will set you apart.
