Responsibilities Serve customer parts needs in our call center via phone/email. Provide e-mail assistance to customer requests Research part availability options from various manufacturers Provide parts order follow-up assistance Requirements Requires computer experience Good written & verbal communication skills Customer focused Organized and highly motivated Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work in a team oriented atmosphere preferred Agricultural or construction experience Mechanical experience Prior parts and/or customer service experience Salary Competitive and based on experience. Starts at $45,000 per year.
