Primary Responsibilities:
Answer parts phone calls. Assist customers with their parts needs. Issue parts to shop mechanics. Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts. Utilize parts data bases. • Research back-orders. Research customer credit status.Skills / Knowledge
/Qualifications:
