Automotive Parts Counterperson

Sloane Toyota Malvern has an opportunity in the Parts Department for a reliable, goal driven individual. We are looking for an experienced parts counter person; Toyota and or Lexus experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a genuinely friendly, outgoing and positive attitude when interacting with guests, and fellow employees. To be successful in this role, you should be detail oriented, well-organized, possess solid time management skills, and have the ability to work as an integral member of our fast-paced team. A Parts Counterperson is responsible for selling parts to all customers - either over the counter, through the shop or on the phone. Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus, but not mandatory. The duties include, but are not limited to: Retail Counter Sales Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information while providing a high level of service Notify the automotive service advisor and the customer when special ordered automotive parts have been received Look up and sell automotive parts to all customers: shop, over the counter, wholesale, and by phone Why Sloane Toyota Malvern?
