This role is essential to keeping our service department running smoothly by providing accurate parts support to technicians and customers. If you enjoy organization, customer service, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Assist technicians and customers in identifying and purchasing parts Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels Receive, label, and organize incoming parts orders Process parts transactions and maintain records Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely repairs Keep the parts department clean and organized Monitor backorders and communicate updates Deliver strong internal and external customer service Qualifications Previous parts or automotive experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer and inventory system knowledge Attention to detail and accuracy Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
