Quakertown, PA Hydraulics Technician Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose wind turbine hydraulic components—including manifolds, power units, sub‑assemblies, tubing, and hoses—based on customer repair requests. Follow written instructions and procedures in accordance with

ISO 9001

2015 documentation. Use mechanical hand tools and equipment such as torque wrenches, pneumatic grinders, impact guns, drills, taps, dies, overhead cranes (manual and powered), forklifts, pallet jacks, and rubber mallets. Record all parts, materials, and serial‑tracked identification details in the shop order/MRP system. Maintain clean and organized work areas at all times. Ensure proper use of safety equipment and required PPE, including safety glasses, ear plugs, bump caps, steel‑toed boots, and protective clothing. Perform additional duties as assigned by the line leader or plant manager.

Hydraulics Technician Requirements:

Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels and with customers. Capable of working both independently and as part of a highly motivated team. Flexible team player with a strong work ethic. Ability to safely operate forklifts (certification preferred), overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer skills; ability to work within an MRP/shop order system. Strong attention to detail, especially when recording serial‑tracked parts and repair information.
