Full Time Summary:
Coordinating daily inventory levels, executing parts administrative tasks, and organizing other related day-to-day functions Essential Duties Process and manage receipts, payables, and invoices from suppliers Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department Put stock away in correct locations Receive and store parts, maintain inventory cycle counts and ensure parts are available when needed Answer telephone dealing directly with customers and vendors Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor Willingness to learn job related duties Maintains professional appearance Follow safety procedures
