What You'll Do As a key member of our Parts Department, you'll play an essential role in keeping our service operation running smoothly by: Working closely with the Parts Manager to source and order non-stock parts Managing special-order parts requests from start to finish Guiding customers through the parts sales process, from inquiry to invoicing Processing daily parts orders utilizing the CDK scanner system Pulling, organizing, and distributing parts to technicians and counter personnel Maintaining accurate inventory levels and a well-organized stockroom Assisting retail customers and responding to incoming phone inquiries Performing accurate parts lookups and ensuring timely parts delivery and disbursement Why You'll Love Working Here At Jim Shorkey Ford, we invest in our employees and provide the tools and support needed for long-term success.

Competitive salary with earning potential of $42,000-$50,000 annually.
