Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including repair shops, dealerships, and retail clients, to promote auto parts sales and service solutions Assist customers with product selection by leveraging knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance procedures Manage inventory levels efficiently using inventory control systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) platforms Conduct order fulfillment accurately, ensuring timely delivery of parts while maintaining stock levels and organization on the sales floor or in the warehouse Negotiate sales terms effectively by applying retail math principles and sales management techniques to meet both customer needs and company goals Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and attentive listening to address inquiries or concerns promptly Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products or special offers to enhance sales opportunities within the local territory Qualifications Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair processes, and vehicle maintenance procedures Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus) Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS or similar software; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and POS transactions accurately Experience with retail sales techniques, cash handling, cashiering, and inventory control practices Knowledge of automotive service standards along with dealership experience is desirable Ability to work independently outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a professional appearance Join us to energize your career in a fast-paced environment where your automotive expertise makes a real difference!
