In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence by developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Your passion for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills, will empower you to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research to expand our wholesale parts and service client base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business through effective account management. Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to recommend appropriate parts, services, or solutions that align with their operational goals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts confidently to close sales while ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and clients. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for strategic planning. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness in the B2B marketplace. Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and applications clearly to customers of varying technical backgrounds. Lead business development initiatives by identifying emerging markets or customer segments that align with company growth objectives.
