Our Parts Counterperson tasks include providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with queries, ordering customer parts, supplies and inventory, stocking shelves, and operating the cash register.

Products and Services Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the parts counter, identifying required parts and accessories for their vehicles Process customer order for parts, ensuring accuracy in parts number, quantities, and pricing Organize and manage parts inventory, restock shelves, and monitor stock to meet customer demand Suggest additional accessories or related parts that complement customers purchases Communicate with customers to inform them of the availability of ordered parts and schedule pickups or deliveries Recognize, receive, process, and control all components of orders/inventory Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Create additional stock bin placements and keep the area organized Notify leadership of shortage and damage discrepancies Prepare all incoming or outgoing parts for each dealership Other duties may include such as processing warranty scraps and light forklift duties

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior auto parts sales experience (preferred) Ability to stand for extend periods and lift heavy parts when needed This job requires physical capabilities to lift and pull up to 50 pounds Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented, have professional appearance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license, satisfactory background check results, and clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer.
